What is #CSUDayofGiving?

#CSUDayofGiving is an annual, one-day celebration during which the entire Colorado State University community comes together to support student success through giving.

August 22, 2024 marks our 10th annual day of giving and will run for 24 hours from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. MT. This page will display a handy countdown to help you keep track of time.

Can I give early?

Yes - you may give early through this page and help us get momentum going! Gifts made through this page will be displayed and counted toward #CSUDayofGiving totals.

What options exist for making a gift?

The available options are funds the participating colleges, units, and other areas have elected to spotlight. All #CSUDayofGiving funds – regardless of which area(s) you choose to support -- have a direct impact on student success.

NOTE: If you make your gift through a different method than this #CSUDayofGiving page, your gift will equally support CSU students, but may not be displayed or counted toward #CSUDayofGiving totals. If you would like your gift to count toward #CSUDayofGiving totals, we encourage you to make your gift today to one of the available funds on this page. 

Does my gift have more impact today?

There’s power in collective giving, and we’re hoping you’ll help us harness it this #CSUDayofGiving. Additionally, there are challenges and matches available for certain funds or areas to amplify your impact. Check the left of this page to see all active matches and challenges.

What payment methods do you accept online?

In addition to debit and credit cards, you may give through digital wallets to speed up the giving process: PayPal, Venmo, GooglePay or ApplePay. For any other form of payment (check, stocks, securities, etc.), please call the CSU Foundation at (970) 491-7135.

NOTE: If you make your gift outside of the payment methods accepted on our online CSU Day of Giving platform, your gift will support CSU students, but may not be displayed or counted toward #CSUDayofGiving totals. If you would like your gift to count toward #CSUDayofGiving totals, make your gift online through this page. 

I made a gift to CSU earlier this year. Will that count?

Thank you for your generosity to Colorado State University! Only gifts made through this Day of Giving page will count toward #CSUDayofGiving totals. If you would like your gift to count toward #CSUDayofGiving, we encourage you to make an additional gift today on this page.

We could not do this without support from stalwart Rams like you! We encourage you to show your support of CSU students by sharing with your networks and tagging others in to give. Post to Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly known as Twitter), and LinkedIn using #CSUDayofGiving and tag (@) your friends and family!

You can also become an Advocate by signing up or signing in on GiveCampus! Share messages to support #CSUDayofGiving, inspire your network by creating a challenge or a match, or tell your own story by creating and sharing your own personal video.
