Gifts to Climate Initiative contribute to...
Thanks to your support, Rams Rise – our 11th annual CSU Day of Giving – has been an incredible success! Alumni, faculty, staff, students, and friends of CSU gave before and on May 1 to support student success.
Thank you for helping Rams rise by supporting scholarships, programs, and places that help students soar.
This campaign will be open for a few additional days through May 9 if you'd like to give, because when we get together – and give together – Rams Rise.
402 days ago by Layne DoctsonColorado State University’s commitment to environment and global sustainability is as old as the campus itself, and well aligned with the University’s land-grant mission. In the summer of 2008, CSU announced the creation of a campus-wide school to address environmental challenges on a global scale through broad-based research, curricular, and outreach initiatives.
In line with this commitment, the CSU Climate Initiative hosts the Climate Across the Curriculum training to integrate climate change research and education into undergraduate classrooms across all disciplines. Through peer collaboration on campus, this program aims to enhance faculty’s — and, in turn, students’— foundational knowledge of climate change. By equipping instructors to engage with climate content through the lens of their expertise, we empower students to connect climate science and solutions to their own academic and professional interests. Giving to the Climate Initiative and Climate Across the Curriculum supports interdisciplinary climate education campus-wide.
